Fabspeed's Supersport X-Pipe Exhaust is the ultimate race focused cat-back setup for your Corvette C8 Z06. This exhaust system will wake up your LT6 engine like no other cat-back exhaust out there.

SOUND:

This all out race exhaust turns the Z06’s 5.5l V8 exhaust note into a thoroughbred race sound. With a much more authoritative rumble at idle, and our signature X-pipe bringing out the a high pitched wail that, dare we say, exceeds that of the Ferrari 458. This system is LOUD, so don’t be surprised when you wake your neighbers every Sunday morning. All this sound and performance comes at the cost of some interior drone. For a drone free solution, we are developing a valvetronic exhaust that will have the best of both worlds.

POWER:

Combined with our Sport Cats, we gained 30 WHP at 4600 RPM and 36 ft/lbs of TQ at 4600 RPM. That's a gain of 33 HP at the crank! Peak horsepower also increased from our baseline of 640 WHP to 666 WHP and from 445 ft/lbs of TQ to 462 ft/lbs of TQ. When comparing apples to apples, in addition to the Sport Cat power gains, we saw additional gains of 16 WHP and 19 ft/lbs of TQ in the midrange and an additional 7 WHP at the peak. See our dyno graph above for more details.

FEATURES:

  • Fits all Chevrolet Corvette C8 Z06 2023+ Models (Except EU Models)
  • Impressive dyno proven power gains of 16 WHP and 19 ft/lbs of TQ, 18 HP at the crank
  • Saves 35 lbs / 15.9 kg compared to the stock/OEM muffler
  • Retains the OEM “floating” exhaust tips, or convert to our Carbon Fiber tips and Carbon Fiber surround
  • Constructed from mandrel bent T304L stainless steel
  • Incorporates our signature cast X-pipe for superior flow and exhaust scavenging
  • Comes with Fabspeed electronic valve simulators that prevent a CEL
  • Designed from 3D scans of the OEM headers so we can achieve perfect bolt-on fitment
  • This cat-back system is emissions legal in all 50 states and the rest of the world (ROW)
  • No Check Engine Light guaranteed
  • Simple bolt-on installation, no cutting or welding required

Upgrade Your Z06 Exhaust System

Among the most imperative upgrades for your C8 Z06, an innovative exhaust exchange is the key to untapped performance and sound! The stock exhaust system on the C8 Z06 simply doesn’t do its LT6 V8 engine the justice it deserves. If you’re ready to liberate exhaust flow and feel the power like never before, our C8 Z06 Supersport X-Pipe Cat-Back Exhaust System is the answer.

Precision-tuned by our exhaust experts at Fabspeed Motorspeed, we have upgraded several key factors to outperform the stock system in all categories. To achieve raw performance gains, our signature x-pipe design, lightweight T304L stainless steel, and cutting-edge CNC processes ensure seamless flow throughout the entire system.

With our dyno-tested and expertly-calibrated C8 Z06 exhaust systems, your Corvette gains:

  • An exotic and aggressive exhaust sound that properly represents your Corvette’s raw power

  • Impressive horsepower and torque gains (+33HP and 19 ft/lbs of TQ)

  • A head-turning carbon fiber or titanium exhaust tip aesthetic that is bold and elegant

  • Incredible component longevity; our superior T304L stainless steel and carbon fiber tips are significantly more corrosion, heat, and wear resistant than standard stock exhaust components

  • Street legal emissions scrubbing without a check engine light;  our sophisticated cat back systems provide all of the sound and performance gains without the obnoxious fumes.

Best of all, these accessible Corvette performance and sound gains are easily accessible! Our high-end CNC processes feature simple bolt-on compatibility with all OEM fitments for a stress-free installation and ultra-secure mounting.

Maintenance & Care for Your Z06 Exhaust System

Our resilient exhaust systems require minimal maintenance to maintain top-tier performance. To keep your Corvette exhaust system in great shape, we recommend:

  • Routine visual and auditory inspections to check for structural damage, loose connections, exhaust leaks, and other apparent issues

  • Regular undercarriage cleaning to remove salt, debris, and other accumulations. Keeping the exhaust surfaces clean will help prevent premature material wear while making it easier to see any potential surface problems.

  • Professional maintenance: Every 6-12 months, invest in a mechanic inspection and/or thoroughly evaluate your system by lifting the vehicle. Tighten bolts, check the hangers, and ensure all components are aligned and functioning correctly.

  • Drive with care. Avoiding rough terrain, salted roads, and other hazardous road conditions can help preserve your valuable systems.

Questions?

WE HAVE ANSWERS

How long til' I get my order?

Small items arrive to you in under 1 week

Larger products like full suspension kits must ship freight and can take 1-3 Weeks

Are Installation Instructions Included?

Instructions are included for most parts that require any sort of knowledge to install.

Here's what to do if your parts come WITHOUT instructions:

1. Some parts are genuinely common sense on how they get installed

2. If you can't figure it out on your own, YOUTUBE IS YOUR FRIEND! Our founder started this company from learning how to build headlights off a YouTube Video

3. If there are no videos on YouTube, or instructions anywhere on Google then please CALL OR EMAIL US and we will guide you through or get you instructions from the manufacturer

4. Doing installs on your own is always fun, but sometimes, it isn't. Always consider having your parts professionally installed

ALWAYS CONSIDER US. We sold you the parts, let us install them at THE LAB in Connecticut. We offer enclosed and open cross country transportation.

Of course you won't want to spend thousands on transportation to install lug nuts or emblems but if you are spending a LOT of money on parts, you may just want to send the car our way

What is your return policy if the part doesn’t fit or isn’t what I expected?

If the part was NOT installed, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

If the part WAS installed (or attempted installation), we cannot accept a return.

Do your parts come with a warranty?

All parts come with Manufacturer Warranty! Each manufacturer has different warranties so we suggest reading up on their warranty policy before ordering.

I found a better price somewhere else, can you beat it?

YES! If you come across a competitor with a lower advertised price than us, we will BEAT it by at LEAST 1%. Please contact us with proof of the lower priced product.

Do you give out discounts or sponsorships?

NO! We do not give out discounts or do sponsorships. You can get 5% OFF your first order by signing up for text & email notifications. OR just wait until our BLACK FRIDAY Sale that happens once a year.
