At Legends Auto Parts, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. Please carefully review our policies below:

 

There are NO refunds om orders placed on legendsautoparts.com due to the custom order nature of most products 


MERCHANT PROCESSING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE

In-Stock Products

If you wish to cancel an order on an in-stock item BEFORE IT HAS SHIPPED, you can choose from the below options:

 

  1. Exchange for a different product(s). If the new item is of less value, you will receive the remaining balance as store credit in the form of a gift card. If the new item is of higher value, you will be responsible for the additional cost before we ship the item to you.
  2. Receive a store credit for the full order value in the form of a gift card minus a 20% RESTOCKING FEE

 

*If you ordered an in-stock product and it has SHIPPED, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and a 20% RESTOCKING FEE

 

Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order products such as forged wheels or custom lighting, as all orders on legendsautoparts.com, are non-refundable & non-exchangeable without exception

 

Custom Order Change Requests

*If you need to make a CHANGE to a custom order, it is possible that we can change the order before it goes into production but without guarantee. Please reach out to us at (475) 227-5381 or support@legendsautoparts.com as soon as possible to after placing your order to see if a change to the order can be made. 

 

Shipping and Delivery

  • If your order has not yet arrived but has been shipped, please note that we cannot perform an exchange until the item is returned to us or deemed lost by the carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees will apply.

 

Backorder & No ETA Policy Addition:

Orders in which contain products that are out of stock or DISCONTINUED from the manufacturer cannot be cancelled.

 

You may work with our sales representatives to find a similar product. You will be responsible for any additional cost for the exchanged product. If the product is of less value, you will be given a store credit in the form of a gift card to legendsautoparts.com for the difference

 

  • If an item is explicitly stated as backordered or listed with no estimated time of arrival (ETA) at the time of purchase, it cannot be canceled without penalty. A restocking, processing, or administrative fee may apply to any cancellation requests under these conditions, regardless of fulfillment status. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this term.

 

Chargebacks

  • Submitting a chargeback for an order that has been shipped or is still in production may result in further action to recover funds already invested in your order. Such as submitting your info to COLLECTIONS to recoup the amount you owe.
  • By placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that custom products cannot be refunded or canceled.

 

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work directly with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue.

Installation & Product Liability

Installation is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is installed directly by our team. We are not liable for any damages resulting from improper, incorrect, or third-party installation. Any damages occurring during or after installation performed by the customer or a third party are not covered.

In the event of a product defect, including but not limited to lighting or mechanical components, the warranty is limited solely to the workmanship or the product itself. The warranty does not cover labor, installation costs, vehicle damage, or any consequential or incidental damages. While products are inspected and, when applicable, tested prior to leaving our facility, no product is guaranteed to be free from defects.


Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • All purchases made through legendsautoparts.com are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States. By purchasing from us, you agree that any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Connecticut.
  • No foreign laws, including but not limited to those of the European Union or any other international jurisdiction, shall apply to any transaction, dispute, or legal matter involving your purchase.
