Shipping Times

 

  • In-Stock Items: Normally ship within 48-72 hours after order placement with exception where an item is out of stock or backordered from the manufacturer.
  • Custom and Manufacturer-Ordered Components: Shipping times vary between 2 to 16 weeks. For precise shipping estimates, please contact our support team before placing your order.
  • Processing: All orders placed after 5:00PM EST will be allocated and processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Methods

 

  • We primarily ship via FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

 

International Shipping

 

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

 

Shipping and Delivery

 

  • If your order has not yet arrived but has been shipped, please note that we cannot perform an EXCHANGE until the item is returned to us or deemed lost by the carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply.

 

Chargebacks

 

  • Submitting a chargeback for an order that has been shipped or is still in production may result in further action to recover funds already invested in your order. Including COLLECTIONS to recoup the full amount owed.
  • By placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that custom products cannot be refunded or canceled.

 

Lost or Damaged Items

 

  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
