Looking to get the most out of your G8x M3/M4? Fabspeed has the answer with our Turbo Back Exhaust Package. Starting with our Sport Cat Downpipes that feature high quality HJS catalytic converters. This guarantees the most exhaust flow, reliability, and sound. Then, we use our unique intermediate X-Pipe that features two X-Pipes for proper exhaust scavenging and sound balance. And finally our Valvetronic exhaust, which features Helical Valves from the U.K. that are plug and play with the factory valve controllers. This system is your ticket to bolt on sound and performance without any loss of functionality or CEL’s (Check engine lights).

SOUND:

Treat your ears to that iconic BMW straight six symphony! You’ll no longer have to suffer the anemic OEM sound that BMW blighted this model with. The whole tone of the exhaust changes, with a throaty note that sounds every bit of the 500 HP you have on tap. In the loudest M setting, the exhaust is deep and powerful with very loud and prominent overrun pops and burbles. You’ll actually hear the turbos spool when letting off the throttle. With the car in comfort mode, things are much more tame. No pops/burbles and drone is nowhere to be found. In cabin conversations are just as easy as they were with the stock exhaust system.

POWER:

Our full Turbo Back Exhaust Package really frees up exhaust flow on the G8x. On our in-house DynoJet, we saw max gains of 47 ft/lbs of TQ at 3,300 RPM and 41 WHP at 6,500 RPM. That’s 47 crank HP! Take a look at our dyno graph and you can see that power is gained throughout the entire power band.

INCLUDES:

  • Fabspeed Sport Cat Downpipes
  • Fabspeed Intermediate X-Pipe
  • Fabspeed Valvetronic Exhaust

FEATURES:

  • Fits all BMW M3 & M4 (G80/G82) sedan/coupe vehicles including Competition Models worldwide (2021+) (RWD & AWD)
  • Constructed from CNC mandrel-bent 14-16 gauge T304L stainless steel
  • Laser scanned and CAD designed for perfect OEM fitment using Ametek Handyscan 700
  • Includes Deluxe Quad-Style Tips in your choice of finish
  • World's first and only “Double-X” midpipe design includes two investment cast “X” sections for increased exhaust scavenging, resulting in a throaty exhaust note with the least amount of rasp
  • Uses aerospace quality Helical Limited exhaust valves imported from the U.K.
  • Retains factory valve functionality for “plug and play” installation
  • Light weight design saves 10 lbs / 4.5 KGs compared the factory system
  • We use a German-made HJS HD tri-metallic 200-cell catalytic converter for the best performance and reliability
  • No CEL (Check Engine Light) guaranteed
  • Simple bolt-on installation, no cutting or welding required

Impact on Driving Dynamics

Driving will become your new favorite pastime with our BMW G82 M4 exhaust installed! Among our most revolutionary turbo-back exhaust packages, this precision-tuned G82 M4 upgrade is a must-have transformation if you want to feel, hear, and enjoy the power of your BMW like it was meant to be experienced!

The power gains and exhilarating tone begin with liberated exhaust flow and provide a deeply engaging experience. Through all stages of the G82 M4 exhaust, we have optimized key parameters such as introducing wider-diameter piping, sound, and power-enhancing x-piping, and precision-tuned helical valves that allow you to unleash your BMWs raw potential at will.

The result is a dynamic and more enjoyable driving experience that is brought to life through:

  • Reduced vehicle weight and engine fatigue: Replacing the heavy and restrictive OEM exhaust with our lean and efficient exhaust package is a race-worthy investment in acceleration, top speed, and engine longevity. As profound as the performance gains achieved by upgrading to streamlined exhaust, our lightweight exhaust components also reduce heat accumulation and component fatigue with state-of-the-art alloys that are trusted by racing teams around the world.
  • Improved responsiveness and acceleration: Our streamlined exhaust upgrades overcome inefficiencies caused by exhaust turbulence and backpressure. Designed and fabricated by our industry-leading team, our G82 M4 exhaust package exemplifies our commitment to superior, dyno-tested performance excellence. Take a look at our proven power gains and see the Fabspeed Motorsport difference for yourself.
  • Precision fitment that flows with the G82 M4 elegantly: Enhancing the driving experience begins with a stress-free improvement process and custom exhaust tips of your choice. Our form-fitting parts are forged by the finest CNC and fabrication processes in the business; our comprehensive exhaust systems feature simple bolt-on installations with no cutting or welding required. Our experts at Fabspeed Motorsport offer turn-key installation support if you would like our in-house specialists to manage the BMW upgrade on your behalf.

Components of the Exhaust Package

Fabspeed Sport Cat Downpipes: Enhanced emissions scrubbing meets liberated exhaust flow with our superior sport cat downpipes! Direct from our top-rated partners at HJS, our premier 200-cell catalytic systems take clean-burning exhaust performance to the next level.

Fabspeed Intermediate X-Pipe: Our dual x-pipe intermediate pipes are engineered to bring out the best in sound and exhaust flow. Wider, stronger, and less restrictive than the stock components, this dynamic addition brings a cohesive balance to the exhaust equation.

Fabspeed Valved Exhaust: Completing the exhilarating exhaust upgrade, our unparalleled Valved Exhaust system synchronizes with the factory valves for seamless functionality for breathtaking gains in M mode and enhanced cruising in comfort mode.

Why We Choose HJS Catalytic Converters:

HJS German imported catalytic converters are made from some of the highest grade materials you can find in a catalytic converter. This yields high performance gains and longevity so it wont deteriorate over time like lower grade catalytic converters. These catalytic converters flow up to 93-95% of a straight pipe in most applications. The benefit is that you get the "straight pipe sound" while still being able to provide enough emissions scrubbing to prevent a check engine light.

Questions?

WE HAVE ANSWERS

How long til' I get my order?

Small items arrive to you in under 1 week

Larger products like full suspension kits must ship freight and can take 1-3 Weeks

Are Installation Instructions Included?

Instructions are included for most parts that require any sort of knowledge to install.

Here's what to do if your parts come WITHOUT instructions:

1. Some parts are genuinely common sense on how they get installed

2. If you can't figure it out on your own, YOUTUBE IS YOUR FRIEND! Our founder started this company from learning how to build headlights off a YouTube Video

3. If there are no videos on YouTube, or instructions anywhere on Google then please CALL OR EMAIL US and we will guide you through or get you instructions from the manufacturer

4. Doing installs on your own is always fun, but sometimes, it isn't. Always consider having your parts professionally installed

ALWAYS CONSIDER US. We sold you the parts, let us install them at THE LAB in Connecticut. We offer enclosed and open cross country transportation.

Of course you won't want to spend thousands on transportation to install lug nuts or emblems but if you are spending a LOT of money on parts, you may just want to send the car our way

What is your return policy if the part doesn’t fit or isn’t what I expected?

If the part was NOT installed, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

If the part WAS installed (or attempted installation), we cannot accept a return.

Do your parts come with a warranty?

All parts come with Manufacturer Warranty! Each manufacturer has different warranties so we suggest reading up on their warranty policy before ordering.

I found a better price somewhere else, can you beat it?

YES! If you come across a competitor with a lower advertised price than us, we will BEAT it by at LEAST 1%. Please contact us with proof of the lower priced product.

Do you give out discounts or sponsorships?

NO! We do not give out discounts or do sponsorships. You can get 5% OFF your first order by signing up for text & email notifications. OR just wait until our BLACK FRIDAY Sale that happens once a year.
