IF YOU ARE ADJUSTING YOUR SUSPENSION ON YOUR RAM 2500/3500 PLUS OR MINUS 1" YOU WILL NEED AN ADJUSTABLE TRAC BAR!

This Carli track bar for 2014 and newer Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks is a massive upgrade over stock, and hands down the highest quality track bar on the market for the platform. This Carli Suspension Ram track bar is USA made from end to end, and ready for years of flawless service on your truck.

The track bar is the most important link under the front end of a straight axle, heavy-duty truck. It’s both a suspension and steering component, and any deflection in the bar or wear in the bushings is immediately felt by the driver in the form of excessive steering input, a floating front end, wandering steering , and last but certainly not least, death wobble. Lifting the truck and increasing the load while pulling the axle off-center completes the recipe for disaster with the stock track bar that uses cheap rubber joints.

Enter the Carli Adjustable Track Bar. The goal, a link that deflects less than the stock bar, dampens vibrations without causing the sloppy handling associated with the stock bar, ensures service life far in excess of a factory unit while being rebuildable (vs. replaceable like the factory bar) all while being adjustable to center the axle on leveled vehicles.

The frame end of the track bar is where this bar differs from anything else on the market. While almost every other brand uses a cheap rubber or polymer bushing, Carli's “CUB” joint starts with a proven FK Bearing 7/8″ Uniball at its center. Custom molded bushings are pressed on to encapsulate this Uniball, then the assembly is pressed into the huge, gusseted frame-end housing of the track bar with a Stainless safety washer and retained with a snap ring. Custom Misalignment spacers center the joint in frame bracket and ensure full fore and aft movement of the track bar to be possible without bind or excessive bushing deflection. Bushing bars have do deflect to keep up with suspension movement, but this spherical joint offers no restriction to movement.

Carli Track Bars are 3/8″ wall DOM construction, FAR stronger than the brackets to which they’re bolted. This wall-thickness allows the end of the bar to be threaded to accept Carli's 7/8″ x 7/8″ FK Bearing Chromoly Heim Joint. You’ll see many manufacturers running thinner wall and weld-in bungs. Running thicker wall bar allows for more strength and one less welded joint – a potential point of failure. In place of a standard Jam-Nut, Carli developed a tapered jam nut (mating surface similar to a lug nut) to ensure perfect centering of the joint while providing 100% more surface area than a standard Jam-Nut. Carli has taken a design used in off-road racing (Tube with weld-in bungs and jam nuts) and improved it to be FAR more reliable.

Lastly, Carli includes a bracket to relocate the factory (or Carli) steering stabilizer. The extended travel of a Carli suspension requires the bend in the bar toward the axle side to clear the bar from the axle bracket at full extension of the suspension. This leads to the bar contacting the stabilizer if not relocated. Most other aftermarket track bars also have this issue, but none address it since most customers don't notice. Carli however goes the extra mile to alleviate any contact.

Questions?

WE HAVE ANSWERS

How long til' I get my order?

Small items arrive to you in under 1 week

Larger products like full suspension kits must ship freight and can take 1-3 Weeks

Are Installation Instructions Included?

Instructions are included for most parts that require any sort of knowledge to install.

Here's what to do if your parts come WITHOUT instructions:

1. Some parts are genuinely common sense on how they get installed

2. If you can't figure it out on your own, YOUTUBE IS YOUR FRIEND! Our founder started this company from learning how to build headlights off a YouTube Video

3. If there are no videos on YouTube, or instructions anywhere on Google then please CALL OR EMAIL US and we will guide you through or get you instructions from the manufacturer

4. Doing installs on your own is always fun, but sometimes, it isn't. Always consider having your parts professionally installed

ALWAYS CONSIDER US. We sold you the parts, let us install them at THE LAB in Connecticut. We offer enclosed and open cross country transportation.

Of course you won't want to spend thousands on transportation to install lug nuts or emblems but if you are spending a LOT of money on parts, you may just want to send the car our way

What is your return policy if the part doesn’t fit or isn’t what I expected?

If the part was NOT installed, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

If the part WAS installed (or attempted installation), we cannot accept a return.

Do your parts come with a warranty?

All parts come with Manufacturer Warranty! Each manufacturer has different warranties so we suggest reading up on their warranty policy before ordering.

I found a better price somewhere else, can you beat it?

YES! If you come across a competitor with a lower advertised price than us, we will BEAT it by at LEAST 1%. Please contact us with proof of the lower priced product.

Do you give out discounts or sponsorships?

NO! We do not give out discounts or do sponsorships. You can get 5% OFF your first order by signing up for text & email notifications. OR just wait until our BLACK FRIDAY Sale that happens once a year.
