Improve the stance, performance, and capability of your 2011-2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD 4WD with a BDS 6.5-inch lift kit. For maximum ground clearance, BDS designed a No Torsion Bar Drop System where the torsion bars are mounted directly to the top of the lower a-arm eliminating the need to drop the torsion bar cross-member.

This kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 37 inch Tires.

This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics.

Up front, the kit utilizes torsion bar relocation brackets, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers along with a multipiece differential relocation brackets and heavy duty skid plates built for offroad protection.

Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar links, bump stop extensions, stainless steel brake lines, CV spacers, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it.

In the rear BDS offers replacement lift blocks to lift and level that stance. The lift block installs in place of the stock block and retains ride quality and load capacity. Also for the rear is a u-bolt flip kit for max clearance and precision tuned NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

High Clearance Crossmembers

BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty 1/4-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.

Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles

BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength, CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with factory tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function.

  • Front Lift Method: Cross-Member
  • Rear Lift Method: Block
  • Shocks Included: Yes
  • Front Lift Height: 6.5 inch
  • Rear Lift Height: 3 inch
  1. Torsion Bar Tool required to load/unload the torsion bars.
  2. 3 inch rear block kit recommended for dually applications, 5 inch rear block kit will not fit dually applications.
  3. Stock 17 inch & 18 inch wheels cannot be reinstalled.
  4. Stock 20 inch x 8.5 inch wheels with 6.18 inch backspaing MAY fit with a max Tire size of 37x12.50 on certain Tire sidewall profiles due to clearance to the steering knuckle and sway bar. A minimum 1/4 inch wheel spacer may be required due to Tire side wall profile variations. A wider Tire will cause clearance issues with the steering knuckle.
  5. Factory dually wheels cannot be reinstalled.
  6. Models with two piece rear driveshaft may require #121612.
  7. If minor front driveline vibration occurs at highway speeds while in 4wd and the vehicle will be used in this situation on a regular basis, we recommend replacing the front driveshaft with a dual Cardan style driveshaft.
  • High Clearance design w/ no torsion bar drop maximizes ground clearance
  • Robust steering knuckles maintain ESC system compliance
  • HD skid plate system improved offroad protection
  • Multipoint differential relocation brackets to secure the front axle and improve CV angles
  • Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty included
  • Choice of NX2 or FOX 2.0 gas shocks for improved performance

Rear Lift Option 3 Inch Block without Overload

Determine if your truck was manufactured with or without top-mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs.

  • 3 inch block - Will result in a slightly tail-low stance.
  • 4 inch block - Most common for level front/rear stance.
  • 5 inch block - Will result in a level to slightly tail high stance, integrates a u-bolt flip kit with new spring plate.

Tire Size: 37 x 12.5 Tire Size 2: 37 x 12.5 Wheel Diameter: 18 x 9 Wheel Diameter 2: 20 x 9 Back Spacing: 4.625/6

Questions?

WE HAVE ANSWERS

How long til' I get my order?

Small items arrive to you in under 1 week

Larger products like full suspension kits must ship freight and can take 1-3 Weeks

Are Installation Instructions Included?

Instructions are included for most parts that require any sort of knowledge to install.

Here's what to do if your parts come WITHOUT instructions:

1. Some parts are genuinely common sense on how they get installed

2. If you can't figure it out on your own, YOUTUBE IS YOUR FRIEND! Our founder started this company from learning how to build headlights off a YouTube Video

3. If there are no videos on YouTube, or instructions anywhere on Google then please CALL OR EMAIL US and we will guide you through or get you instructions from the manufacturer

4. Doing installs on your own is always fun, but sometimes, it isn't. Always consider having your parts professionally installed

ALWAYS CONSIDER US. We sold you the parts, let us install them at THE LAB in Connecticut. We offer enclosed and open cross country transportation.

Of course you won't want to spend thousands on transportation to install lug nuts or emblems but if you are spending a LOT of money on parts, you may just want to send the car our way

What is your return policy if the part doesn’t fit or isn’t what I expected?

If the part was NOT installed, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

If the part WAS installed (or attempted installation), we cannot accept a return.

Do your parts come with a warranty?

All parts come with Manufacturer Warranty! Each manufacturer has different warranties so we suggest reading up on their warranty policy before ordering.

I found a better price somewhere else, can you beat it?

YES! If you come across a competitor with a lower advertised price than us, we will BEAT it by at LEAST 1%. Please contact us with proof of the lower priced product.

Do you give out discounts or sponsorships?

NO! We do not give out discounts or do sponsorships. You can get 5% OFF your first order by signing up for text & email notifications. OR just wait until our BLACK FRIDAY Sale that happens once a year.
