This cover is for the new front axle found in the 2023+ Superduty 250/350 Single Rear Wheel Trucks.  This can be easily identified with the 14 cover bolts.  The Dana 60/Super 60 axle has 10 which uses a different cover, part number COV-9001.

     These heavy duty fabricated steel differential covers are designed with both form and function in mind.  They will dress up the front axle of any truck with the strength to handle even the toughest off-road obstacles without concern of leaving you stranded.  These covers are constructed of laser cut 1/4" plate and then hand welded with the utmost care to a 3/8" outer ring.  The entire cover is then decked and drilled in one of our in house CNC mills to ensure a flat mating surface and perfect hole alignment.


Optional ram assist tabs and center tie rod clamp add heavy duty 1/4" tabs welded onto the diff cover to mount a hydraulic ram (available separately) directly over top of the tie rod. Also included is a bolt on clamp with integrated mount to attach the opposing end of the ram to the tie rod. Simple, easy bolt in setup with no welding required. Mounting width for the ram ends is 1.75" and setup for a 5/8" bolt.  Ram assist mount is only designed to work on the 2005-22 Superduty application at this time.

Optional PSC 1.75" hydraulic ram with PMF Parker hose kit.  Unlike most kits on the market that require you to make both ends, we offer our kit with pre crimped fittings on the ram side.  The crimped fittings are lower profile, cleaner and save you time!  We use genuine Parker fittings and line for a top quality hose set.  You will just have to cut the line to the length desired and install the box side fittings.


Hardware kit for fastening the cover to your axle is included.

Instructions are included for most parts that require any sort of knowledge to install.

2. If you can't figure it out on your own, YOUTUBE IS YOUR FRIEND! Our founder started this company from learning how to build headlights off a YouTube Video

3. If there are no videos on YouTube, or instructions anywhere on Google then please CALL OR EMAIL US and we will guide you through or get you instructions from the manufacturer

4. Doing installs on your own is always fun, but sometimes, it isn't. Always consider having your parts professionally installed

ALWAYS CONSIDER US. We sold you the parts, let us install them at THE LAB in Connecticut. We offer enclosed and open cross country transportation.

Of course you won't want to spend thousands on transportation to install lug nuts or emblems but if you are spending a LOT of money on parts, you may just want to send the car our way

What is your return policy if the part doesn’t fit or isn’t what I expected?

If the part was NOT installed, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

If the part WAS installed (or attempted installation), we cannot accept a return.

Do your parts come with a warranty?

All parts come with Manufacturer Warranty! Each manufacturer has different warranties so we suggest reading up on their warranty policy before ordering.
