Shipping Policy

Shipping Times: Shipping times vary depending on the component:

In-stock items: Typically ship within 48 hours of order placement.


Custom and manufacturer-ordered components: Shipping times can range from 2 to up to 16 weeks. For precise shipping estimates, please contact our support team before placing your order.


Shipping Methods: We primarily use FedEx Ground for shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns Eligibility: Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The part has not been used.
The return request is initiated within 14 days of product delivery.
The return falls within the manufacturer's return policy guidelines.
Customized Parts: We do not provide refunds or accept returns for customized parts. All sales of customized parts are final.

Refunds
