Shipping Times

  • In-Stock Items: Ship within 48 hours of order placement.
  • Custom and Manufacturer-Ordered Components: Shipping times vary between 2 to 16 weeks. For precise shipping estimates, please contact our support team before placing your order.

Shipping Methods

  • We primarily ship via FedEx Ground.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

 

Return and Cancellation Policy

At Legends Auto Parts, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. Please carefully review our policies below:

Custom Orders

  • Custom and made-to-order products are non-refundable once production has started— which starts virtually immediately. 
  • Cancellation Window: Custom orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order is locked into our system and cannot be modified or canceled.
  • We are unable to offer refunds for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or issues outside of our control (e.g., supply chain disruptions).
  • There will be a 4-8% restocking fee upon cancelation on all products, in stock and not in stock.
  • There are no cancelations on custom order wheels, all purchases are final.

Shipping and Delivery

  • If your order has not yet arrived but has been shipped, please note that we cannot issue refunds until the item is returned to us or deemed lost by the carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply.

Chargebacks

  • Submitting a chargeback for an order that has been shipped or is still in production may result in further action to recover funds already invested in your order.
  • By placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that custom products cannot be refunded or canceled after the 24-hour cancellation window.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
